gptel: Improve logging

* gptel.el (gptel--url-get-response): Log request headers as JSON objects.

* gptel-curl.el (gptel-curl--get-args, gptel-curl--get-response):
Log request headers as JSON objects, Curl command as a shell
command you can copy and paste into the terminal.
